Receipt of the order

It is very important that, at the time of delivery, the customer checks the external condition of the package before signing for receipt.

If you notice any knock, break, manipulation or damage to the packaging, it must be noted in writing on the carrier's delivery note or delivery device before signing.

In addition, whenever possible, we recommend taking photographs before the package is unloaded from the carrier's vehicle, as these images facilitate the management of a possible claim with the transport insurer.

We also recommend taking photographs of the packaging before opening it and, if any incident is detected, contact us as soon as possible so that we can help solve it.
